Director of Strategic Program Management

Job Summary

Driving operational excellence, the full-time Director of Strategic Program Management will manage the Commercial Data & Analytics team's delivery pipeline, establish operating standards, and partner with senior leadership to translate strategic priorities into actionable programs in a remote environment.

Key responsibilities

• Own the delivery pipeline from planning through execution, maintaining visibility across workstreams and deadlines
• Establish and improve team operating standards, documentation, and quality assurance processes
• Partner with the Head of Commercial Data & Analytics to develop and manage the team's strategic roadmap and operating cadence

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Analytics, Operations, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
• 8+ years of experience in program management, strategy, analytics operations, consulting, or a related function
• Demonstrated success in building operational infrastructure and scalable processes in high-growth organizations
• Experience partnering with analytics, data, or business intelligence teams
• Proven ability to manage multiple complex, cross-functional initiatives with competing priorities
