Director of Strategic Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Programs in the Product Organization.

Key Responsibilities

• Drive strategic programs office within the Product organization for NPI and GTM scaling initiatives
• Lead end-to-end program governance for major launches and lifecycle updates
• Establish and improve the Product Lifecycle Management framework from incubation through end-of-life

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in product strategy, product operations, or program leadership within a SaaS or technology organization
• Proven track record in driving complex, cross-functional product launches and lifecycle programs
• Deep understanding of Product Lifecycle Management and GTM processes for SaaS products
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred
• Experience establishing or maturing NPI frameworks across global organizations
