Director of Strategic Programs

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Programs & Revenue Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate multiple concurrent strategic initiatives across AI, cloud infrastructure, staffing, and alliance partner workstreams
• Own the end-to-end execution lifecycle, including SOW development, resource alignment, and post-programme reporting
• Act as the operational anchor for senior sales and alliance leaders, proactively identifying gaps and risks

Qualifications

• 5+ years managing multiple concurrent programmes within a technology or managed services environment
• Experience with SOW development, vendor coordination, and commercial milestone management
• Background in programme or operational leadership beyond single-project delivery
• Experience with partner-funded programme structures and campaign requirement management
• Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills
