Director of Strategic Programs

Job Summary

Driving high-priority cross-functional initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Programs will manage strategic execution, oversee M&A integration efforts, and partner with executive leadership to ensure alignment and accountability across the organization.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the execution of strategic initiatives and define success metrics and governance structures
• Develop business cases and implementation plans while establishing KPI frameworks to connect initiative progress to business results
• Act as a trusted advisor to executive leadership, providing data-driven recommendations and facilitating strategic discussions

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Engineering, Management, or a related field
• 8+ years of experience in strategy, management consulting, business operations, or related fields
• Experience leading complex cross-functional initiatives with multiple stakeholders
• Strong analytical and financial modeling skills, with the ability to build executive-level presentations
• Exceptional project and program management capabilities
