Director of Strategic Programs

Job Summary

Overseeing enterprise-level ERP programs and driving impactful AI initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Programs will manage large-scale strategic initiatives, build governance frameworks, and support the development of organization-wide delivery models while collaborating with diverse technology companies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Partner with leadership to ensure execution of enterprise-wide strategic initiatives and transformation programs
• Establish governance structures and provide visibility into program health, risks, and performance
• Support the development of frameworks for AI, data, and technology initiatives across the organization

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience leading complex, cross-functional programs or enterprise-wide transformation initiatives
• Demonstrated experience in establishing program governance frameworks and PMO structures
• Experience managing large-scale programs involving external consulting firms or systems integrators
• Strong executive-level communication and diplomacy skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; experience in AI adoption with positive P&L impact is advantageous
