• Proven experience in developing proposals and strategies from RFPs
• Experience in crafting innovative solutions for complex client needs
• Strong leadership skills to build and manage high-performing teams
• Strategic mindset with strong analytical skills and business acumen
• Public sector experience is highly desirable but not required
