Director of Strategic Pursuits

Job Summary

Leading a team of pre-sales Solution Principals and Architects, the remote Director of Strategic Pursuits will manage large, multi-tower deal solutioning to drive substantial revenue while fostering client relationships and executing business development strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

• Recruit, mentor, and retain a high-performing team, promoting a culture of continuous learning and technical excellence
• Build senior-level advisory relationships with C-suite executives to drive long-term engagements and recurring revenue
• Lead complex consultative engagements, ensuring superior quality and measurable business impact on client assignments

Required Qualifications:

• 20+ years of experience in sales, solutioning, consulting, or advisory roles, including Big 4 consulting
• 5+ years of direct management experience in client-facing roles
• Proven track record in managing revenue-generating practices or billable professional services
• Strong background in building executive relationships at the C-suite level
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution
