Job Summary
To drive revenue growth and lead enterprise sales strategy, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Sales will build and manage a high-performing sales team, forge relationships with key legal industry buyers, and close high-value deals.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and execute a comprehensive enterprise sales strategy targeting in-house legal teams
- Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing sales team while fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
- Identify and close complex deals with Fortune 1000 legal departments through consultative selling
Required qualifications
- 7+ years of experience in Strategic B2B SaaS sales, with at least 3 years in a sales leadership role
- Proven track record of leading teams to exceed revenue targets and closing multimillion-dollar deals
- Experience in designing and implementing sales strategies and processes for predictable revenue growth
- Exceptional communication skills with a history of engaging C-level stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with expertise in leveraging data to optimize sales performance
