Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategic Sales.

Key Responsibilities
  • Build and lead the Strategic Sales team to drive expansion ARR through outbound cross-sell initiatives
  • Partner with customer success to enhance adoption and utilization for long-term account growth
  • Develop a high-performing sales team by coaching, providing feedback, and fostering a culture of accountability
Required Qualifications
  • 8+ years in enterprise sales within a B2B SaaS or AI SaaS company
  • 5+ years of first-line sales leadership experience
  • Experience with Sandler Sales training and MEDDPICC qualification framework preferred
  • Strong data analysis skills and ability to demonstrate value to customers
  • High level of intellectual curiosity and a builder mentality
