Job Summary
Leading the development and closure of complex, multi-million-dollar strategic deals, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Sales will focus on AI-driven business transformation and application modernization while collaborating with CxO-level stakeholders to create innovative, outcome-based solutions.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead Strategic Deal Development: Own deal strategy and execution for large engagements, ensuring alignment with customer transformation goals
- Drive AI-Led Transformation: Design solutions centered on AI and application modernization, translating technologies into business outcomes
- Engage Senior Executives: Build relationships with CIOs, CTOs, and business leaders to lead conversations on digital and AI transformation
Required Qualifications
- Minimum of 10+ years of experience in leading complex deal cycles and negotiations
- Deep expertise in deal shaping and sales execution, with a proven track record of closing large strategic deals
- Strong technical and commercial acumen in AI, data, and application transformation domains
- Experience leading AI-driven or digital transformation programs, including application modernization
- Executive presence with the ability to influence CxO-level stakeholders and cross-functional teams
