Job Summary
Overseeing and supporting a team of Account Executives in the Americas Strategic segment, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Sales will manage sales metrics, drive the sales process, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance customer satisfaction and achieve sales goals.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of Account Executives to exceed sales objectives
- Report on sales metrics and implement improvements in the sales administration process
- Coordinate projects and prepare sales forecasts while ensuring compliance with policies
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading high-growth Enterprise sales teams
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or a relevant field
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Google Sheets
- Outstanding coaching and team management skills
- Experience selling through the channel
