Job Summary
Overseeing a team of Account Executives, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Sales will manage sales processes, monitor metrics, and collaborate with various departments to enhance customer satisfaction and drive revenue growth.
Key responsibilities
- Manage and motivate a team of Account Executives to achieve sales objectives
- Implement improvements in the sales administration process and report on sales metrics
- Collaborate with Marketing and Product Development to ensure brand consistency and increase sales
Required qualifications
- 3+ years of experience leading high growth Enterprise sales teams
- BSc degree in Sales, Business Administration, or relevant field
- Hands-on experience with CRM software and Google Sheets
- In-depth understanding of the sales administration process
- Experience selling through the channel
