A company is looking for a Director/Sr Director Strategic Solutions Lead (Biotech) to oversee proposal development and strategy alignment for clinical studies.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute winning proposal strategies and key selling messages for drug development
• Engage with cross-functional stakeholders to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs
• Direct a high-impact team to deliver quality proposal deliverables within timelines and manage profitability targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the field
• Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy, and the proposal development process
• Expertise in customer relationship management and operational/financial practices
