Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/Sr Director Strategic Solutions Lead (Biotech).

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes winning proposal strategies and key selling messages for drug development and clinical studies
• Engages cross-functionally with stakeholders to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs
• Directs a cross-functional team in delivering high-quality proposal deliverables within timelines and manages profitability targets

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent relevant qualification
• 15+ years of relevant experience in the field
• Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment
• In-depth expertise in commercial and budgeting strategy and the proposal development process
• Expert understanding of sponsor/CRO business practices and operational/financial practices
