A company is looking for a Sr Director Strategic Solutions Lead (Biotech) - US East, Central, West Coast - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops and executes winning proposal strategies and key selling messages
• Engages cross-functionally with stakeholders to align operational strategy and budget with customer needs
• Directs a cross-functional team in developing and delivering high-quality proposal deliverables within timelines

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent and relevant formal academic/vocational qualification
• 10+ years of relevant experience in the field
• Advanced project leadership skills in a matrixed environment
• In-depth knowledge of commercial and budgeting strategy and the proposal development process
• Expertise in customer relationship management and commercial acumen
