Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Solutions to drive net new revenue and build strategic relationships within the clinical research industry.

Key Responsibilities
  • Drive net new business by leveraging existing relationships at pharma companies, biotechs, and CROs
  • Own the full sales cycle from initial outreach through contract close
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with decision-makers in clinical operations, patient recruitment, and study management
Required Qualifications
  • 7+ years of B2B sales or business development experience in a quota-carrying role
  • Proven book of business with established relationships in pharma, biotech, or CRO companies
  • Background in clinical trial services or patient recruitment is strongly preferred
  • Understanding of clinical trial buying cycles and budget dynamics
  • Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
