Director of Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

Leading sourcing strategy and supplier relationship management, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Sourcing will drive supplier partnerships, oversee commercial negotiations, and manage vendor performance to support organizational growth and operational scalability.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic sourcing initiatives across various categories including automation and robotics
• Establish and maintain strategic supplier partnerships and lead vendor management initiatives
• Conduct business reviews to evaluate supplier performance and identify opportunities for risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in supply chain, business, engineering, operations, or a related field
• 10+ years of experience in procurement, strategic sourcing, or vendor management
• 5+ years of leadership experience in warehouse automation or related industries
• Experience negotiating complex commercial agreements and managing strategic supplier relationships
• Strong understanding of automation project lifecycles and supplier performance programs
