Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Finance, or a related field; Master's degree preferred
• Minimum of 12 years of experience in strategic sourcing or supply chain management, with at least 2 years in a leadership role
• Professional certifications such as C.P.M. or CPSM are a plus
• Understanding of Lean Six-Sigma principles
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a team
