Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead the company's long-term sourcing strategy aligned with procurement objectives
• Establish and maintain procurement and sourcing policies and governance frameworks
• Expand supply chain assessment programs for data-driven vendor selection and maintenance decisions

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Finance, or related field required
• 10+ years of progressive experience in sourcing or procurement, including 5+ years in a leadership role
• Strong track record in vendor management and negotiation of high-value contracts
• Demonstrated success in strategic sourcing across multiple spend categories
• Familiarity with AI tools and their application in sourcing or reporting processes
