Director of Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, Strategic Sourcing.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and execute long-term sourcing strategies for complex Integrated Facilities Management (IFM) categories
• Lead large-scale RFx processes from initiation through contract award and transition
• Build and maintain trusted partnerships with client stakeholders and present sourcing strategies to senior leadership

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of strategic sourcing or related experience
• Proven experience independently leading end-to-end RFx processes in complex environments
• Demonstrated success managing high-visibility service categories, preferably IFM or facilities-related services
• Experience in contract negotiation and commercial strategy development
• Bachelor's degree (BA/BS) from a four-year college or university
