Director of Strategic Sourcing

Job Summary

Overseeing the enterprise Strategic Sourcing function, the full-time salaried Director of Strategic Sourcing will manage vendor contracts across various categories, drive strategic initiatives for cost savings, and enhance operational efficiencies while working remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the vendor contract portfolio, ensuring timely actions on expiring contracts and strategic planning with business owners
• Drive Strategic Sourcing strategy through category management to align with organizational goals and deliver savings
• Standardize and enhance processes for vendor selection and contracting to ensure alignment with business needs and risk mitigation

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Seven (7) years of experience in Sourcing or Procurement in a highly regulated industry
• Five (5) years of management/leadership experience required
• Experience in a managed care environment preferred
• Experience deploying AI solutions to enhance processes preferred
