Job Summary

Leading a team of sourcing professionals, the full-time remote Director of Strategic Sourcing will manage optimization strategies for Integrated Facilities and Property Management clients while delivering market intelligence and supplier relationship management.

Key responsibilities

• Drive strategic sourcing initiatives and collaborate with clients and internal teams to achieve operational benefits
• Conduct market trend analysis and report findings to stakeholders in a client-ready format
• Oversee the development and communication of regional and national sourcing programs, ensuring compliance with policies and procedures

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year college or university; MBA preferred
• 10 years of experience in strategic sourcing or a related field
• Proven leadership abilities in a decentralized environment
• Project management and business transition experience preferred
• Proficiency in MS Office applications
