Director of Strategic Sourcing
Job Summary
Leading strategic sourcing excellence for Project Delivery Services (PDS), the full-time remote Director of Strategic Sourcing will establish vision and direction for sourcing initiatives, optimize cost efficiency, and drive organizational development through cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities
- Own and execute comprehensive PDS strategic sourcing strategies to optimize total cost of ownership across client portfolios
- Transform and scale the PDS strategic sourcing organization through collaboration with corporate sourcing and project management teams
- Provide strategic oversight of RFP processes, contract negotiations, and supplier management frameworks across the enterprise
Required qualifications
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- 10+ years of progressive strategic sourcing, procurement, or supply chain leadership experience
- 5+ years of experience in construction management or related industries
- Deep expertise in construction management with knowledge of project delivery methodologies
- Advanced proficiency in MS Office Suite and experience with procurement platforms and data analytics software
