Director of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy - Managed Care.

Key Responsibilities

• Develops enterprise and domain-specific strategies to drive growth, compliance, and performance improvement
• Leads high-priority projects to unlock growth opportunities and transform the operating model
• Conducts analysis to support market opportunity, membership, and financial forecasting

Required Qualifications

• Masters Degree or other advanced degree
• At least 3+ years of experience in strategic management consulting or investment banking with prior managed healthcare experience
• Understanding of drivers and strategies in managed care organizations
• Strategy experience with the ability to frame challenges and create action plans
• Ability to handle multiple, competing priorities and projects simultaneously
