Director of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy to lead the implementation of its strategic plan and manage external partnerships.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate the long-term strategic plan implementation process and support the development of strategic initiatives
• Survey the external market and policy environment to identify opportunities in human and disability services
• Create business plans and lead responses to complex procurements while managing cross-functional teams

Required Qualifications, Training, and Education

• Bachelor's Degree required; Master's degree in business, public health, or public policy preferred
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in business development, strategy, program management, or management consulting
• Experience leading organization-wide strategic planning and developing implementation systems
• Expertise in quantitative analysis and critical reasoning
• Demonstrated experience in developing winning grant applications and understanding healthcare and human services policies
