Director of Strategy

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy to lead high-impact strategic and financial projects remotely.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage the development and execution of M&A strategy, including market analysis and target evaluation
• Lead M&A projects, including due diligence and integration planning
• Provide long-range strategic financial forecasts and drive financial projects through data modeling and analysis

Required Qualifications:

• 5+ years of experience in operational M&A transactions across all deal lifecycle phases
• 3+ years of experience in the federal government market
• 3+ years of financial analysis and forecasting experience
• Experience leading complex initiatives in a matrixed environment
• Demonstrated proficiency in building complex data models and performing data-driven analysis
