Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy.

Key Responsibilities

Lead development and refresh of the 3-5 year enterprise strategy, including growth and capability priorities
Design and run the annual strategic planning process, ensuring alignment with budgeting and capital allocation
Build and oversee a market intelligence capability to track trends and growth opportunities

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in business, economics, life sciences, or related field
MBA strongly preferred
8+ years of experience in corporate strategy or management consulting
Demonstrated success in leading enterprise-level strategic planning
Experience in healthcare, biotech, or related regulated industries preferred
