Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy to lead strategic initiatives across client engagements.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of strategists in CRO, retention, SEO, and GEO disciplines
• Establish strategic standards and frameworks for client engagements
• Translate client business objectives into actionable strategic roadmaps

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience in digital strategy, e-commerce, or performance marketing
• At least 3 years in a leadership or management role
• Experience working with CPG brands or e-commerce verticals
• Track record of managing client relationships with measurable results
• Familiarity with omnichannel dynamics for CPG brands
