• Serve as a trusted advisor to the Chief Administrative & Legal Officer, shaping priorities and driving decision-making
• Lead strategic initiatives from inception through execution, ensuring project alignment and measurable outcomes
• Oversee legal program operations and enhance cross-functional coordination related to contract lifecycle management

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in program management or managing complex, cross-functional projects
• Experience in a legal, legal operations, strategy, or related environment
• Undergraduate degree required
• Proven ability to lead initiatives and influence stakeholders at all levels
• High level of discretion and professionalism in handling confidential information
