Director of Strategy

Job Summary

To support strategic initiatives within a designated business unit, the full-time salaried Director of Strategy will shape enterprise strategy, translate it into actionable plans, and ensure alignment with enterprise priorities while working remotely.

Key responsibilities:

• Partner with business unit leaders to develop strategic direction aligned with enterprise priorities
• Translate approved strategies into multi-year and annual plans, ensuring alignment with governance and resource implications
• Lead executive strategy sessions and develop executive-ready narratives and decision materials

Required qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree required
• Minimum of 5 years of managerial or supervisory experience required
• Minimum of 7 years of related work experience required
• Experience in business analysis and strategic planning
• Proficiency in analytical thinking and market research
