Director of Strategy

Job Summary

Driving strategic growth and corporate development, the full-time Director of Strategy will lead the development of a strategic roadmap, manage corporate development initiatives, and support executive decision-making in a hybrid work environment based in Dallas, TX.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and execution of the company's strategic roadmap and initiatives
• Identify and execute inorganic growth opportunities, managing end-to-end deal processes
• Drive high-impact initiatives focused on growth, operational efficiency, and scalability

Required Qualifications:

• 7-10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or top-tier consulting
• Experience in infrastructure, telecom, or capital-intensive industries preferred
• Demonstrated track record of successful execution of M&A or strategic initiatives
• Strong financial and valuation skills, including modeling and deal structuring
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively
