Job Summary
Driving strategic initiatives and corporate development, the full-time Director of Strategy will lead the development of a strategic roadmap, evaluate growth opportunities, and support executive decision-making in a hybrid work environment based in Dallas, TX.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the development and execution of the strategic roadmap and cross-functional initiatives
- Identify and execute inorganic growth opportunities, managing end-to-end deal processes
- Drive high-impact transformation initiatives to enhance operational efficiency and scalability
Required Qualifications
- 7-10+ years of experience in corporate strategy, corporate development, investment banking, or top-tier consulting
- Experience in infrastructure, telecom, or other capital-intensive industries preferred
- Demonstrated track record of executing M&A and strategic initiatives
- Strong financial and valuation skills, including modeling and deal structuring
- Ability to influence senior stakeholders and lead cross-functional teams effectively
