Director of Strategy

Job Summary

Leading the Corporate Strategy team's growth priorities, the full-time remote Director of Strategy will drive strategic market expansion, build frameworks for evaluating market opportunities, and support executive leadership in strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee the execution and performance management of growth imperatives while monitoring business performance across all markets
• Develop advanced methodologies for market entry and capital planning to support strategic initiatives
• Incorporate industry intelligence into strategy design to maintain organizational resilience in the healthcare landscape

Required qualifications

• High School diploma equivalency with 5 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management, or an Associate's/Bachelor's degree with 3 years of relevant experience, including 2 years in leadership/management
• Extensive experience in healthcare consulting or corporate strategy within large healthcare organizations
• Exceptional critical thinking and organizational skills to manage multiple high-priority tasks
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and influence stakeholders
• Strong communication skills to present strategic recommendations to executive leadership
