Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Analytics, Enterprise Growth.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop growth strategies across payer, employer, and health system channels
• Own the Enterprise Growth analytics roadmap, including models, dashboards, and reporting
• Provide analytics to support payer negotiations and health system partnership evaluations

Required Qualifications

• 7-10+ years in healthcare strategy, analytics, consulting, or relevant growth roles
• Strong understanding of reimbursement, specialty pharmacy, and healthcare delivery
• Advanced modeling skills with the ability to translate data into insights
• Experience in commercial negotiations or partnership development
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's preferred (MBA, MPH, MHA, Data Analytics, etc.)
