Director of Strategy and Analytics

Job Summary

Driving enterprise-wide data intelligence and operational efficiency initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Analytics will design and implement data-driven decision-making processes, enhance marketing content, and streamline workflows across the Surety organization.

Key responsibilities

• Build centralized insights capability and deliver actionable insights for decision-making
• Develop and standardize messaging and content frameworks while ensuring consistency across communications
• Identify inefficiencies and drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency

Required qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in surety, insurance, or financial services
• Proven experience in analytics, marketing, or operations
• Strong understanding of the surety distribution model
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders and drive strategic initiatives
• Experience with data tools and process improvement methodologies
