Director of Strategy and BizOps

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the CEO, the full-time salaried Director of Strategy and BizOps will execute corporate strategy, lead strategic projects, and build the Product function while working remotely from Miami, Florida.

Key responsibilities

• Drive annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, ensuring effective communication and tracking of key deliverables
• Lead priority strategic initiatives, including product development and market expansion, while ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
• Build and oversee the Product function, focusing on product strategy, research and development, and go-to-market processes

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in consulting, investment, startups, or high-growth companies
• Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce models and business acumen
• Experience with AI, data-driven workflows, and technical teams
• Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills
• Experience working across international teams, ideally in the US and Europe
