Director of Strategy and Corporate Development

Job Summary

To drive strategic growth initiatives, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Corporate Development will manage quantitative analysis for product expansion, partnerships, and M&A, while also leading market intelligence efforts to inform senior leadership decisions.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop data-driven business cases and decision-making frameworks for strategic initiatives
• Lead competitive intelligence efforts and synthesize market research to identify trends and opportunities
• Support end-to-end corporate development activities, including target identification and transaction execution

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, or related field; MBA preferred
• 8+ years of experience in banking, consulting, private equity, corporate development, or strategy
• Proven ability to build rigorous business cases and prioritize strategic initiatives
• Strong financial modeling and valuation experience
• Experience in market research and competitive intelligence, with familiarity in leveraging AI
