Director of Strategy and Growth

Job Summary

Leading the Grid Automation North America Strategy & Growth organization, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Growth will develop and implement growth strategies for GE's Grid Automation portfolio, manage a team of marketing leaders, and collaborate with sales and product development to drive market opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute market growth strategies for the North America Grid Automation organization
• Lead and manage a team of approximately 8 growth and marketing leaders
• Analyze market trends and customer data to guide strategic initiatives and drive growth campaigns

Required qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of experience in Strategic Marketing and/or Product Management
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in applicable markets (distribution, transmission, industrial, and renewables)
• Willingness and ability to travel as required, up to 30%
