Director of Strategy and Growth

Job Summary

To support enterprise growth initiatives, the full-time Director of Strategy and Growth will craft and advance strategic priorities across brands and channels while collaborating in a hybrid work environment.

Key responsibilities:

• Set the enterprise growth agenda by partnering with senior leaders to identify and prioritize strategic opportunities
• Lead initiatives from concept through activation, structuring workstreams and enabling cross-functional execution
• Influence executive decision-making by translating insights into actionable recommendations and narratives

Required qualifications:

• BS or BA in Business, Economics, Marketing, Strategy, Finance, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
• Minimum 8 years of experience in corporate strategy or business transformation, including 4 years in management consulting
• Proven ability to lead enterprise-level strategy work and influence at the executive level
• Strong commercial and financial competence, including market assessment and financial modeling
• Experience in developing talent and leading cross-functional project teams
