Job Summary

A company is looking for a Sr. Manager/Director - Strategy & Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Partner with the CEO and executive leadership to drive strategic priorities from concept through execution
• Lead cross-functional initiatives, translating high-level goals into actionable plans and measurable outcomes
• Develop data-driven insights and executive-level presentations to support key decisions and growth initiatives

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; Advanced degrees are a plus
• 3+ years of experience in management consulting, investment banking, corporate strategy, or healthcare operations
• Proven track record of leading projects independently with measurable impact
• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple initiatives under tight deadlines
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with analytics tools is a plus
