Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• 15+ years of relevant experience, including 5 years as a CX Consulting Director in a consulting or agency environment
• Strong leadership and management skills with a proven track record of successful consulting projects
• In-depth knowledge of customer experience, business strategy, and operations management
• Minimum Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred
• Preferred certifications in process excellence methodologies such as Lean, Six Sigma, or Agile
