Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Lead core operating rhythms, including monthly business reviews and annual planning, to drive insights and accountability
• Establish scalable performance tracking methods to enable data-driven decision-making across the Rentals portfolio
• Drive high-priority cross-functional initiatives, ensuring coordination, accountability, and timely delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in strategy, business operations, consulting, or a related field
• Proven ability to influence and align senior stakeholders across functions
• Strong program and project management skills, capable of moving between strategy and execution
• Experience in problem-solving and business judgment, particularly in ambiguous environments
• Highly proactive and resourceful with a focus on efficient outcomes
