Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director/VP of Strategy & Operations to lead and scale core operations across clinical trial programs.

Key Responsibilities

• Own and improve performance across the clinical operations funnel, ensuring measurable outcomes
• Conduct data-driven analysis to identify performance issues and implement high-impact interventions
• Build and scale operational infrastructure, including workflows and team structures, to support growth

Required Qualifications

• Experience in strategy consulting, health tech operations, clinical trial operations, or payer/member engagement
• Ability to use data and analytics to drive measurable improvements in operational performance
• Proven experience in building and scaling operational processes in dynamic environments
• Strong track record of ownership and accountability for outcomes in fast-paced settings
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MPH) strongly preferred
