Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

• Own and drive high-impact, cross-functional initiatives with clear P&L accountability
• Evaluate, prioritize, and execute new growth opportunities across channels, markets, and services
• Build and oversee the analytical infrastructure that informs executive decision-making

Required Qualifications

• 6-10+ years of experience in consulting, investment banking, private equity, or business operations
• Proven track record of leading cross-functional initiatives with measurable financial impact
• Strong P&L fluency with an understanding of revenue, costs, and capital allocation decisions
• Experience building models and evaluating unit economics
• AI-native mindset with experience leveraging automation tools to improve efficiency
