Job Summary

A company is looking for a Strategy & Operations Director.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the development and refinement of product strategy aligned with corporate priorities
• Drive the operating rhythm for the Product Organization, ensuring clarity on goals and progress
• Structure and execute complex, cross-functional strategic initiatives and analyze relevant data for insights

Required Qualifications:

• 10+ years of experience in Strategy Consulting and a Product-related role, with 3+ years in a SaaS company
• Experience partnering with Product and Engineering leaders to shape strategy and drive execution
• Familiarity with GenAI software offerings and experience scaling AI initiatives
• Demonstrated ability to influence senior stakeholders through data-driven recommendations
• Exceptional analytical skills and ability to operate at both strategic and hands-on levels
