Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director of Strategy and Operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide strategic support and management of the operating model, ensuring it is defined, documented, and scalable
• Partner with Sales and Account Management to develop tools and processes that support growth and client engagement
• Lead the design and governance of external solution partner integrations and service delivery

Required Qualifications

• 8 or more years of experience in strategy, operations, healthcare, or business transformation
• Experience in designing, implementing, or improving operating models and business processes
• Strong understanding of healthcare and pharmacy benefits operations
• Proven ability to lead complex, cross-functional initiatives
• Experience in commercialization within pharmacy benefits or healthcare administration
