Director of Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

Partnering closely with the CEO, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Operations will execute corporate strategy, lead strategic projects, and enhance organizational effectiveness while building out the Product function and ensuring alignment across all company functions.

Key responsibilities

• Drive annual and quarterly strategic planning cycles, ensuring effective communication and implementation of the corporate strategy
• Lead priority strategic initiatives, including product development and market expansion, while ensuring effective cross-functional collaboration
• Build and manage the Product function, focusing on product strategy, research and development, and go-to-market processes

Required qualifications

• 5 years of experience in consulting, investment, startups, or high-growth companies
• Strong understanding of DTC/eCommerce models and business acumen
• Experience with AI, data, or technical teams, with the ability to translate business problems into AI-enabled solutions
• Highly organized with strong project management and execution skills
• Experience working across international teams, ideally in both the US and Europe
