Director of Strategy and Operations

Job Summary

To drive the execution of strategic initiatives within a high-growth organization, the full-time remote Director of Strategy and Operations will partner with the SVP & GM of Data Cloud, manage operational rhythms, and bridge gaps between product strategy and market execution.

Key responsibilities

• Establish and optimize the operating cadence and planning cycles across multiple teams and cross-functional organizations
• Own the day-to-day operational cadence of the Data Cloud business unit, including leadership meetings and quarterly execution reviews
• Lead critical cross-functional strategic initiatives and develop strategic presentations for executive leadership

Required qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in business operations, strategy, consulting, product management, or technology
• BA, BS, or equivalent degree in Business, Computer Science, or a related field
• Deep experience in an enterprise SaaS environment
• Experience in developing and implementing communications strategies for internal and external partners
• Ability to collaborate across teams to create strategic storyboards and quarterly board materials
