Director of Strategy and Planning

Job Summary

A company is looking for a Director, US Strategy & Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain an integrated planning process, aligning priorities from executives and teams
• Drive problem/solution mapping and ensure successful execution of roadmap plans
• Hire and manage a team of Senior Strategy Managers to enhance the Strategy & Planning team's impact

Required Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in consulting, finance, product, or operations in tech, including 6+ years in management
• Deep understanding of marketplace businesses, preferably with peer-to-peer experience
• Strong financial acumen and understanding of P&L impact from operational initiatives
• Proficiency in data analysis tools such as Excel and SQL
• Bachelor's degree and/or MBA preferred but not essential
