Job Summary

A company is looking for an Associate Director of Strategy and Planning.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with sales stakeholders to establish annual planning processes and timelines
• Document and refine policies on sales engagement within the Revenue Organization
• Work with Finance and revenue leaders to effectively allocate budget and headcount for maximum ROI

Required Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in sales, GTM, or revenue operations in a high-growth tech company
• Strong organizational and project management skills with a history of managing complex projects
• Proven ability to drive multiple projects to completion in a fast-paced environment
• Strong quantitative skills and high data fluency
• Experience in influencing and managing conflicts effectively
